What Next?

Now that you are ready to purchase your Adiva home complete the following steps to buy your home:

• Click on the E-form above and fill out the form or obtain an application form from any accredited agent.
• Complete the form clearly indicating your preferred home type & payment plan.
• Proceed to ARM Investment Centers or any accredited agent to deposit your payment and completed application form.
• Cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to ARM Properties Plc - Adiva. If you have selected the mortgage payment option, please contact the ARM Investment Center to discuss mortgage arrangements.
• You will receive a Pre-sales Agreement after payment of first installment.

On payment of final Instalment, a Purchase Agreement will be issued and upon signing, we will issue the Deed of Assignment, survey plans and Lagos State Form 1c.
